主要用(yòng)途:

BNGGS系列大輸液灌抽充塞聯動機為(wèi)玻璃瓶大輸液生産(chǎn)中(zhōng)灌裝(zhuāng)、抽真空充氮氣、加塞三個主體(tǐ)旋轉工(gōng)位合為(wèi)一體(tǐ)的一台包裝(zhuāng)機。先進的管道式灌裝(zhuāng)、抽真空再充氮氣、加塞部位采用(yòng)真空抓塞，整機采用(yòng)機械手夾持瓶頸定位并交接，該機器的設計不僅适用(yòng)于普通大輸液的生産(chǎn)，也立足于脂肪乳、氨基酸、中(zhōng)藥注射劑及其它高端輸液産(chǎn)品的生産(chǎn)，因此，除系統的本身要滿足新(xīn)版GMP的要求外，重點在灌裝(zhuāng)後抽真空充氮的方式上與原大輸液灌裝(zhuāng)系統有(yǒu)着“質(zhì)”的區(qū)别。

Main Applications:

BNGGS infusion filling-corking linkage machine is a packing machine that merges filling in infusion production, vacuumizing-nitrogenizing and corking in one. Advanced pipeline filling, vacuumizing- nitrogenizing, vacuum corking, and manipulator holding bottleneck to locate and connect make this design not only be applicable to ordinary infusion production but also to high point transfusion such as fat milk, amino acid, Chinese medicine injection, etc. It is different from the previous infusion filling system not only in satisfying the new GMP but also in the way of vacuumizing and nitrogenizing.

• 采用(yòng)機械手夾持瓶頸，準确對中(zhōng)，保證壓塞頭在抓塞，壓塞過程中(zhōng)精(jīng)确定位;
• 膠塞軌道設計合理(lǐ)，膠塞輸送過程中(zhōng)接觸的零部件均打磨光滑并抛光，輸送料鬥中(zhōng)的導向結構具(jù)有(yǒu)剔除膠塞反向和重疊功能(néng)。

• Simple and reliable pneumatic valve is adopted to calculate filling to ensure exact measurement of quantities. No bottles, no filling.
• The way of alternating vacuumizing and nitrogenizing increase the time of evacuating and filling, which not only improves the production efficiency but also reliably control the remaining oxygen.
• The on-off time of simple and reliable pneumatic valve is controlled to ensure the quality of filling nitrogen and save nitrogen. It can vacuumize the bottle and then insert nitrogen. No vacuumizing, no filling nitrogen.
• Vortex air pump is adopted to vacuumize and cork without any pollution in the studio.
• Manipulator holds the bottleneck to ensure the accurate positioning during the process of cork head’s corking and pressuring.
• The plug rails are reasonable designed. The spare parts are polished by which the plug transport and the guide frame in the conveyer bucket can eliminate the plugs’ reversing or overlapping.
