KXGF(A)5/30 系列口服液洗烘灌封聯動線(xiàn)
主要用(yòng)途：
聯動線(xiàn)KLCX40(60)型超聲波清洗機、KSH420(620)型滅菌烘幹機、DGZ8(12)或FKGZ20(30)型口服液灌軋機三台單機及控制系統組成，分(fēn)為(wèi)超聲波清洗、幹燥滅菌和灌裝(zhuāng)封口三個工(gōng)作(zuò)區(qū)，可(kě)自動完成淋水、超聲波清洗、沖水、沖氣、烘幹、滅菌、灌裝(zhuāng)、理(lǐ)蓋、軋蓋計數等工(gōng)序，主要适用(yòng)于制藥企業中(zhōng)口服液及其他(tā)小(xiǎo)劑量溶液的生産(chǎn)。
Main Applications：
This linkage production line consists of KLCS40(60) Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine KSH420(620) Sterilizing & Drying Machine, DGZ8(12) or FKGZ20(30)Filling & Sealing Machine and a control system with three working areas of ultrasonic cleaning, dry sterilizing and filling & sealing which can automatically perform washing, ultrasonic cleaning, water filling, gas filling, gas filling, drying, sterilizing, liquid filling, cap handling, cap counting and other working processes. It’s mainly applied in the production of oral liquid and other small-dose solution for the pharmaceutical enterprises.
